The firm CR&S, control, research and development, along with a chemical-microbiologic study carries out also a sensorial study of foods.

The CR&S performs on behalf of SISA quantitative discriminating tests which allow monitoring the qualitative consistency of the finished product so as to safeguard the consumer and to guarantee him a safe purchase.


As a visible proof of the attention applied to the private label, all SISA-branded products bear a special mark that attests the certified quality.
