ITALY-LUXEMBOURG 2006 DAVIS CUP

For the second year in a row SISA has sponsored the Davis Cup, the tennis equivalent to the Football World Cup. In fact, although it’s contended throughout the whole year, this is the only opportunity for professional tennis players to be wearing the national colours.

Scheduled from April 7 through 9 and valid for the first round of the World Group 2006, SISA played an important part in the event. As always, SISA is close to the world of sports and of great challenges. The event took place at the Sporting Club Oplonti of Torre del Greco (Naples). The clay court was prepared and so was the stand with a capacity of over 4,000 spectators. The match between Italy and Luxembourg ended with a 5 – 0 huge victory in favour of Italy.

Thanks to the extraordinary media coverage, this sponsorship has allowed SISA’s brand name to be seen by a huge audience, gain prestige and brand awareness.
