That is the principle the Quick format is based on, defining a precise sales concept: rapid brand shopping at really low prices. It is a new format where counter service is banned and everything is rigorously packaged.
Fruit & vegetables, meat, fresh and genuine cold meats and cheese, are daily prepared in specific trays, using different colours based on content. That’s an alternative proposal, with a new selling concept that matches shopping trends.
The idea is to offer quality, fast and cheap shopping, for a consumer wanting to shop quickly and to buy brand products at a law price. A consumer who wants to be certain that quality fresh food, portioned to meet personal consumer needs, is still a savings.
In particular, the meat counter is designed in partnership with Amadori to offer consumers various, guaranteed quality meat cuts.
And SISA brand references are available in the food assortment. As Quick promotion approach is not based on flyers distribution, the traditional link between customers and points of sale, it becomes essential to attract consumers’ attention by a series of special initiatives.
Thanks to the Quick card, we can also improve the way we target offers. The in-store communication and promotions are really dynamic. Prices are set out on special displays and can be changed in real time for targeted offers lasting just a few hours and for highly flexible sales opportunities.
