	PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT INFORMATION NOTE In compliance with article 13 of the Civil Code on the subject of personal data treatment (Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 number 196) you shall be informed that: Your personal data will be exclusively used in matters relating to the recruitment and hiring personnel. The treatment of data will also be performed with the aid of electronic means and it can involve any operations among those listed in article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Civil Code. The supply of personal information is facultative. However, failure to supply the data requested may make your application null and void. Personal information may be forwarded to other companies of the SISA Group but it’s not going to be divulged or forwarded to foreign countries. WARNING The sensitive data in article 4, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Civil Code revealing racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, labor union membership, and information concerning health conditions or sexual habits or behavior will not be taken into consideration and will be immediately deleted.
